The 10' Built Cane Salmon Shrimper is a very versatile rod for Salmon, Sea Trout and other large species of fish. With a test curve of 1-1/2 lbs and casts 1 to 1-1/2oz. Very comfortable to use. Suitable to cast large baits and can be used for spinning .
The shrimper can work well in running waters and estuaries. Fixed spool and Multiplier reels can be successfully used with this rod. The MKI is finished in the legendary claret close ties throughout, with open bridge rod guides. Full 24 inch cork handle with universal sliding reel fittings or locking reel seat fixed in position. Complete with tapered rod end and butt cap.
